the discussion that took place ahead. All the Change Requests in <span style="color:rgb(51,102,255)"><span style="color:rgb(0,0,153)">blue color</span> </span>are
proposed as consensus (i.e. no objections).</li><li> Change Requests for statutes were be submitted by 16 February 2013. We will only vote on these Change Requests that were received and published in time. Change Requests to the statutes made during the GA will not be voted on.<br>
